2) First Kiss

Alex uses the time rewind spell to help Justin get his first kiss, but the date doesn’t happen the way they want it to, according to Justin’s several mistakes, causing Alex to use the spell eighteen times. Meanwhile, the New York Mets consider Max’s sandwich as a contender to become the team’s official sandwich.
3) I Almost Drowned in a Chocolate Fountain

Alex tattles on her brothers for playing paintball because Justin told on her for failing her Spanish test. To get revenge, her brothers sneak a chocolate-devouring pocket elf into her purse. The elf then bites Alex while she is on a date, which makes her get an extreme craving for chocolate.
4) New Employee

Alex uses magic to help Harper after she is hired at the Waverly Sub Station, causing a rift in their friendship. Meanwhile, Justin starts a tutoring service and has problems with his rival, Frankie.
5) Disenchanted Evening

Alex meets another wizard, T.J. Taylor, who is given unlimited use of his magic abilities by his parents, which is what Alex wants from her more conservative mom and dad. T.J. charms (literally) Alex’s parents so they are okay with free willing magic. Meanwhile, Max has trouble on his Mars project.
6) You Can’t Always Get What You Carpet

Alex stumbles upon her dad’s old magic carpet and convinces her dad to give her flying lessons. Her dad has always treated Alex as his little girl, but gets mad while teaching her how to fly the magic carpet. Meanwhile, Justin “mans” up his room after his dad pastes up flower wallpaper.
7) Alex’s Choice

Gigi invites Harper to her annual tea party and Alex tries to convince Harper not to go. Alex learns that Gigi plans to embarrass Harper, so she uses her magic to get back at her. Meanwhile, Justin and Max send out prank mail, including one where they claim they’re lost on an island in “The Lava Sea,” and they receive unwanted help from emergency wizards.
8) Curb Your Dragon

Because Alex lost Justin’s old dog, Willie, she buys him a dragon that is enchanted to look like a beagle. However, it can still breathe fire and fly while in dog form. To hide the fact from their parents that the dog is a dragon, the kids say that it is a lost dog, and then they glue up posters. While the children are at school, the dragon seller comes, claims the dog and enters it in the local dog show. Alex, Justin, and Max has to outsmart the dragon seller so they can retrieve their dog back.
9) Movies

When Alex wants to go to an R-rated movie with Justin’s friends, she accidentally transports herself into the movie. When Justin finds out, he transports himself into the movie to save her. Meanwhile, Theresa treats Max like he’s a little kid.
10) Pop Me And We Both Go Down

Alex uses a spell to make one of her father’s trophies come alive. When Justin gets a big zit on his forehead right before the school dance, Alex accidentally uses magic to animate the zit. While Justin is at the dance with his girlfriend, Miranda, the zit begins to insult people. Meanwhile, Alex has to search for the trophy before learning the reverse spell to unanimate Justin’s zit.
11) Potion Commotion

Justin wants to be chosen for the World School Summit at the U.N., but he faces tough competition from a popular classmate; Alex likes the same guy who is comepeting against Justin. Alex uses the love potion to make him fall in love with her, but she accidentally drinks both halves of it, causing Alex to fall in love with herself. Meanwhile, Max gets his full powers and must wear a goofy hat to control them while his powers settle in.
12) Little Sister

When everyone constantly compares Alex to Justin, Alex feels angry and uses a magical genie to wish that she would no longer be compared to him. But when the genie cons her and makes everyone forget him, Alex has to try to reverse the spell. While Alex tries to reverse the spell, she accidentally makes another wish that causes Justin to become invisible.
13) Wizard School Part I

Jerry and Theresa send Alex and Justin to a wizard school called Wiz Tech over the summer, but Alex really doesn’t want to go. While Justin excels, Alex has a little trouble. Meanwhile, Max and Jerry go on a camp out on the terrace.

Alex tries to stop an evil teacher from draining Justin’s powers during a school tournament. Meanwhile, a woman tries to run the Waverly Sub Station out of business by advertising a restaurant called The Salad Bowl.

Justin uses magic to land a spot on the school’s baseball team so he can impress a girl. Alex becomes attracted to a player on the squad.

Jerry’s zany brother visits and Alex tries to get him to be her wizard trainer instead of her strict dad.
17) Report Card

Alex, Justin, and Max get their wizard report cards. To hide the fact that she did not do well, Alex uses magic to change her grades. But when the good grades fade, bad luck occurs. She also tries to destroy the report card. In a panic, Alex turns her parents into guinea pigs. After the WizTech head finds out, he removes Alex’s powers.
18) Credit Check

Alex takes on an internship with a top Fashion Magazine and decides to put on an outrageous fashion show featuring Harper’s bizarre wear to teach her boss a lesson for taking credit for her ideas. Jerry and Theresa hire a new girl, Millie, at the Sub Station that Justin immediately falls in crush with so Max tries to help.
19) Alex’s Spring Fling

In an attempt to make Riley jealous, Alex uses a spell to bring a mannequin to life and must enlist Justin’s help after it falls in love with her and can not be transformed back.
20) Quinceanera

The family prepares for Alex’s quinceañera, a traditional celebration to mark her 15th birthday, but she doesn’t want to wear the customary frilly ball gown and casts a spell to trade places with her mom, who never had a quinceañera of her own. Also, joining in the party is Grandma Magdalena, who tries to teach the boys how to salsa dance.
21) Art Museum Piece

When Alex decides to take a shortcut on her Art History assignment, she brings historical masterpieces to life in order to answer questions on her worksheet correctly. Meanwhile, Max and Jerry play football in the house using a spell which spreads to Theresa.
